Biography

Nora began training Jiu Jitsu under her father, Jason Howells, at the age of 13. After watching her first tournament, she fell in love with Jiu Jitsu and competing. She competes as often as she can. Her competition success has led to other students asking her to show them the techniques she uses. After getting the opportunity to demonstrate her techniques to others, she discovered her passion for teaching Jiu Jitsu to kids. Nora is currently a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu.
